Podcast Format
Ideally the guest will come in for an in-person interview style podcast, filmed on location in Matthews, NC. In case of distance, we do film remote sessions. The sessions are filmed at various days/hours that best suit the interviewee and host. The session is between 1 to 3 hours depending on interviewee’s availability and flow of the conversation.
This is a good platform for local business owners and community leaders to give back to the next generation through life experiences acquired along the way. In exchange the interviewees get exposure to their businesses/organizations.
By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
1. Recording and Distribution Consent:
I consent to being recorded during the podcast interview. I understand that the recording will be edited and distributed on various platforms where the JS Podcast is available, including but not limited to websites, podcast directories, and social media channels.
2. Content Usage:
I grant permission to the JS Podcast to use my likeness, voice, and any content shared during the interview in promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns without limitation or further compensation.
3. Promotion Agreement:
I agree to promote the podcast episode featuring my interview on my personal and/or professional social media channels, website, or newsletters, as applicable, to help reach a wider audience.
4. Intellectual Property Rights:
I affirm that the content I provide during the interview is my own original work or that I have obtained all necessary permissions for any third-party content. I understand that I retain the rights to my own intellectual property, but I grant the JS Podcast a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content as part of the podcast episode and related promotional activities.
5. Non-Disclosure of Confidential Information:
I agree not to share any confidential or proprietary information of my employer, clients, or other third parties without explicit permission. I acknowledge that any sensitive topics will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
6. Scheduling and Commitment:
I commit to attending the scheduled recording session on time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, I will notify the podcast team as soon as possible to reschedule.
The wide topics we talk about on this podcast are Life & Business. Guests share their personal life stories as well as wisdom gleaned from buesiness they run and/lead.
